Chinese president Xi Jinping wrote a reply letter to 64 African scholars from 50 African Countries, among other scholars were the professor YORO DIALLO, and Dr. TALING TENE RODRIGUE, both researchers at the institute of African Studies at Zhejiang normal Universities.
